Sandberg Construction & Property Services, Inc. was started by Sheldon Sandberg in 2000. At the time, the company was named Northwoods Property Services and dealt only with property maintenance and management. In 2002, the company was changed to Sandberg Construction & Property Services and the services offered expanded into home builds and renovations. With the help of his wife, Taryn, they built the business and made many great friendships along the way. Taryn has been the bookeeper for the business along with caring for their daughter, Jahna and working for B.I.C. Realty.

Sadly, in 2019 Sheldon tragically passed away. At this time, his son Jaret followed in his dad’s footsteps and started where things were left off.
